Having worked as a bartender, shipping clerk, secretary, concierge, document translator, doctoral candidate (in history) and more as I moved through Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, New Jersey, Georgia, and Virginia, I decided I needed a portable career. Writing fit the bill. I daydreamed through the boring jobs and wrote everything from advertising copy, procedure manuals and patents in the more interesting ones.
I now live in Minnesota with my husband, two children, two hairless cats and a fluffy stray cat we took in before the last move. I share my brain with a wide assortment of oddball characters eagerly hoping to escape what they call “the loony bin.” I don’t share chocolate covered Oreos with anyone, so don’t ask.
With the publication of Winter Fairy from Crimson Romance (in 2012), I fulfilled a long-held dream of becoming a published author. My second book, Bad Traveler is forthcoming from Decadent/Bono. Details to follow.
